We work by appointment. Please let us know as early as you can if you need to cancel or rearrange, so we can offer the time to another client.
Payment is due at the time of treatment unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We will give you an estimate before treatment wherever we can, and we will discuss it with you if costs are likely to change. An estimate is a guide rather than a fixed quotation, because an animal’s needs can change during treatment.
Prices shown on this website are for our most common services and may change. The price for your pet will be confirmed at the practice.
Insurance is a contract between you and your insurer, and you remain responsible for our fees. We are happy to help with claims and, at our discretion, may agree to a direct claim in certain cases.
We can only prescribe medication for animals under our care. Patients must be examined at the intervals set out by our vets before further medication is provided. You are entitled to ask for a written prescription, for which a fee applies.
When the practice is closed, emergency cover is provided by the out-of-hours service shown on our contact and emergencies pages. Additional charges apply for out-of-hours treatment.
If something has not gone as you expected, please tell us. Contact the practice and we will look into it and respond as quickly as we can.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
